We’re looking for an ambitious and people-focused Account Executive to join our team! This customer-facing role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying connected with customers, and turning conversations into new business opportunities.
As an Account Executive, you’ll work directly with customers in a face-to-face environment while managing relationships with existing accounts and developing new leads. You’ll follow up with current customers, understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities to provide additional solutions, and help bring new customers into the business.
What We Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Follow up with current customers to ensure a positive experience
- Generate and develop new leads
- Connect with customers and introduce them to available products and services
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Manage follow-ups, from the initial conversation through the close
